Our Guarantee

You can shop with confidence at Gibson Marine. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item or uninstalled item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express credit cards. Federal Express will be used to ship all products.

Damaged Merchandise

Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must take claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days.

Returns

Gibson Marine will gladly accept unused, uninstalled items, or items determined to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. You must call Gibson Marine for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RGA) number. Items returned without an RGA number will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions or concerns, we will gladly address them quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
